About
Where to start…?
I am analytical in the full meaning of the word. I love deeply, practice my faith passionately, and pray each night I can be a better person in the morning. I am a mother, wife, and a friend. I have the ability to see into people, and desire for more people to see into me.
I come from a large Irish family, which tends to be somewhat telling to people when describing myself. I am the mother of six, three natural and three step children ranging in age from 16 months to 15 years.
I have an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. I worked my niche in the mortgage/secondary marketing field through college. After which, my husband and I started our own IT Consulting company: Asimuth Consulting Inc.
I have been a writer as long as I can remember. I wrote my first amateur collection of various short stories and poems at the age of 10. Those now bring endless hours of entertainment to my husband. I, as do most amateur writers, absolutely love to read. I will read almost anything from Aristotle to George Martin to Nora Roberts, and even some Rick Warren. I thoroughly enjoy the art of debate, and encourage individual differing views.
I am a lover of the arts in all means. I especially love those Bob Ross shows where there is always some large happy tree in the middle of whatever he is painting. I studied dance and ballet for a number of years prior to being consumed by motherhood. I currently enjoy designing marketing material and web sites for my company.
I am a believer in Jesus Christ. Prior to my belief in Him I had made a complete mess of my life. He has allowed me to find peace in a world where there is far too little.
My Myers Briggs Type Indicator is:
Introverted iNtuitive Feeling Judging
INFJ
INFJs are future oriented, and direct their insight and inspiration toward the understanding of themselves and thereby human nature. Their work mirrors their integrity, and it needs to reflect their inner ideals. Solitude and an opportunity to concentrate thoroughly on what counts most is important to them. INFJs prefer to quietly exert their influence. They have deeply felt compassion, and they desire harmony with others. INFJs understand the complexities existing within people and among them. They are at their best concentrating on their ideas, ideals, and inspirations.
